Message	subtracts leg room for long-legged passengers. If you never have them, then that's not an issue, but I know I do. I have a smaller amp that fits under the seat - it's a Sony X-Plod I got used when I bought my sub used. Not necessarily what I would pick new, but it certainly does the job. You don't have to live in a bubble just because someone else caught the flu.
